About This Session:

It was such an honor and pleasure to capture some of the final moments of this sweet couple's pregnancy. I am truly happy for them as they bring a new life into the world. Since becoming a mother, my inspiration comes from the love shared between family members, and I thrive on the excitement of couples that are about to become parents.

This session took place on the coldest day of 2021 (-30°C/ -22°F), and due to the cold, we decided to do the first half of the session indoors. The parents-to-be put so much love into the nursery that it was the perfect place to start the session. As I photographed them, their excitement was palpable. Thereafter, we went to a picturesque snowy location close to their home for some intimate, heirloom images.

Quote from the Parents-to-Be:

Our three-year journey to becoming pregnant was a rollercoaster of emotions and failed treatments. We felt hopeless. We prayed and asked God to bless us with a family in His perfect timing. In July 2020, we found out we were pregnant! We are thrilled to embark on this journey to start our own little family and feel blessed to be parents to our little girl arriving in March 2021.
