About This Session:
This library family session was photographed by Marie Elizabeth Photograph at the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Library in Washington, D.C. Ironically, this family had their family session outdoors at the DAR the previous year. These parents are both authors, so when they reached out for their session this year they wanted to pay a nod to their literary backgrounds. After doing some digging, Marie discovered that DAR had not only a library, but a beautiful, old-world one at that! It served as the perfect location for this reading-loving family, and they even read some books with their young son during our time together.
